- Mountain Resort Destinations: Sjusjøen, Kvitfjell, Nordseter, and Venabygdsfjellet.
- Greater Eastern Norway: Major corporate galas and festival setups in Oslo, Akershus, and Viken upon tailored request.
2. Dispatch Schedules & Setup Windows
To ensure smooth, unflustered operations, we adhere to strict scheduling protocols:
- Setup: Our logistics crew arrives on site 2 to 3 hours prior to guest arrival. Bar stations are erected, beverage refrigeration units powered, crystal glassware polished, ice transferred to thermal wells, and garnishes sliced.
- Teardown: Breakdown occurs either immediately after the bar closes at the end of the night, or the following morning subject to venue agreement.

4. Venue Accessibility Requirements
For safe transport of modular timber and steel bar units, the venue must provide:
- Clear, unblocked vehicular parking or delivery bay near the venue entrance.
- Step-free access or service elevator for setups located above or below ground level.
- A dedicated standard 10A/16A electrical outlet in proximity to the bar setup.
