1. Event Cancellation Guidelines
We recognize that event circumstances can change. Because staff schedules and modular equipment are reserved exclusively for your reserved date, the following cancellation schedule applies:

| More than 30 days prior to event | 100% complimentary cancellation (any prepaid deposit refunded in full) |
| 14 to 30 days prior to event | 25% of the total contracted fee retained to cover planning and reserved equipment hold |
| 7 to 13 days prior to event | 50% of the total contracted fee charged |
| Less than 7 days prior to event | 80% of total fee charged due to locked staffing allocations |
2. Date Rescheduling
Should you need to reschedule your event date, we strive to accommodate your calendar. Date changes requested more than 14 days in advance are executed without penalty, subject to equipment and crew availability on the new date.
3. Guest Count Adjustments
Final guest tally for calculating glassware, ice volume, fresh fruit, and syrups can be adjusted up to 7 days prior to event kickoff without administrative fee.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to the originating bank account within 7 business days following formal cancellation processing.

All cancellation or rescheduling notices must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
